Neglecting blogs...

I've fulfilled my New Year's resolution only partially.  I HAVE been working diligently on other blogs to the point of creating and operating a new one for a group of volunteers.  But, all that has pushed Libri Tulliae into the back corners of cyberspace.  Book a week?  Nope, but I've read tons of new legislation, state statutes, and proposed municipal ordinances.  Blech!
